Electrical Duty Holder (MES01) Course (Location: Doncaster)

Course location: Classroom-based in Doncaster

For any person responsible for complying with the requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, within a defined location. The course will provide the “duty holder” with the necessary knowledge to be able to determine if their procedures and systems are compliant and give them an understanding of how to implement the necessary maintenance, processes and training required to satisfy their ongoing legal obligations.

  • Course Duration: Half day
  • Delivery: Doncaster: Delivery classroom-based
  • Assessment Method: Multi-choice end point assessment paper.
  • Accreditation: Independently CPD certified, on completion, learners will receive a CPD-certified certificate of attendance from GCS Doncaster Ltd.

To provide all learners with an awareness of the requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and an understanding of how to implement the necessary maintenance, processes, and training required to satisfy their legal obligations as identified within the Electricity at Work Regulations.

Delivery

This course is delivered by a time-served electrical engineer with over thirty-five years of contracting experience. Over twenty years of that being a Director and Electrical Duty Holder for an FTSE100 PLC and an Electrical Utility Supplier, a former NIC EIC QS & PDH. a Member of the IET, a licentiate of City & Guilds and holder of the Level 3 award for Education & Training.
